‘imperceptible allegiance’ is conceptual photography which refers to the concept ‘allegiance’. I examined this concept through an individual’s interplay in my limited society. Dominant norms persuade people to obey the values of every limited community to be accepted by them; A group of friends, colleagues, relatives and so on. The concept ‘allegiance’ in social life is represented by allegiance between model and photographer which queries the credibility of this manner in photography. This idea made me wonder if is it proper to force models to obey the photographer’s opinion or photographer should be open-minded about what models perform in the context. Besides the idea of ‘allegiance’ is depicted by what happens between an individual and their shadow. ‘allegiance’ is an inherent feature of everyone’s shadow.
